Date Night

Jordy's parents gave me a gift certificate for a cooking class at Sur la Table for my birthday.  It was one of the most fun things I have ever done!  We learned how to make such delicious food:  crab cakes with garlic aioli, New York strip steak with gorgonzola butter, thyme roasted potatoes, creamed spinach, and a chocolate napoleon with port-braised pears.  Thanks Dean and Candi!

  2. That looks like a lot of fun. Fancy sounding food! Too bad we don't still have cooking club, so you could re-make these yummy creations for us.
