My sister Leah and I love the French cookies, macarons. For Christmas Leah got me macarons from Lette and a Laduree cookbook so I could make my own. Leah came down and we baked for 7 hours!! I have to say, they were quite delicious, but I don't know how soon I will try making them again! Macarons are definitely worth the price because they take a lot of work! We made Almond, Citron, and Cocoa. Sadly, the citron was our first batch and they didn't turn out right.
